By analyzing the laughter of old stars, we can predict the future of our young Sun! Most likely, it will continue to laugh in the same way as it does today. However, it could also evolve like many old stars, whose laughter has mysteriously faded. What if interpreting the laughter of stars allowed us to understand the magnetic behavior inside our Sun, and predict its evolution?
